You’ll have understood by now: this new game will be part of our A Time for Heroes series! It will share the same game system as Brandywine, 1777 or Gettysburg, but with, of course, a few battle-specific twists (the cavalry 👀).
Considered one of Napoleon’s most brilliant military achievements, the Battle of Friedland embodies the ultimate decisive engagement. On June 14, 1807, Napoleon trapped the Russian army against the banks of the Alle River, turning a risky position into a crushing triumph.
A Time for Heroes is a series of epic games that re-creates history’s most iconic battles on a grand tactical scale, thanks to an elegant and accessible system. It allows players to focus on bold maneuvers and perfect timing—the hallmarks of a decisive victory—rather than on cumbersome rules.
